Front of House Sales Consultant – Casual or Permanent
Overview
The Front of House Sales Consultant plays a key role in supporting the club’s day-to-day operations and achieving performance outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, people-focused, and passionate about delivering excellent service and sales performance in a fun, family-friendly environment.
You will support the following areas of the business:
Membership experience
Sales acquisition
Team leadership
Business operations
You'll also lead the planning and delivery of in-club events such as birthday parties, date nights, and school holiday camps — ensuring every family leaves with a smile!

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years’ experience in sales and/or customer service
A genuine love for working with children and families
Confident, friendly, and well-organised
Strong communication and leadership skills
Must be available Monday to Saturday
You must hold:
A valid Working With Children Blue Card
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm, engaging, and high-quality experience to all members and guests
Coordinate and execute events: birthday parties, date nights, holiday camps, etc.
Lead by example and support the team with enthusiasm
Manage the club in the absence of the Club Manager
Member retention and cancellation management
Follow up prospects and support new membership acquisition
Maintain club presentation and safety standards
GymMaster administration and reporting
Assist with social media and local community engagement
Business-to-business outreach and lead generation
Handle stock orders and complete incident reports when required

Pay: $23.31 – $36.88 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 38 per week

Afternoon shift
Monday to Friday
Morning shift
Weekend availability
Experience:
Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
Working with Children Check (Preferred)
First Aid Certification (Preferred)
Work Authorisation:
Australia (Preferred)
