The ideal candidate for the Permanent Fund Accountant role will have the following qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Responsibilities
As a Permanent Fund Accountant, you will play a vital role in our financial department
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
Preparing and maintaining accurate journal entries, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner
Conducting year-end audits, reviewing financial statements, and identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement
Preparing year-end tax reports, ensuring all financial information is accurately reported and in compliance with tax laws
Performing cash-on-hand analysis, monitoring cash flow, and providing recommendations for improving financial efficiency
Collaborating with other members of the financial team to develop and implement financial strategies and goals
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, changes in tax laws, and financial regulations, ensuring our company remains in compliance at all times

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Permanent Fund Accountant to join our dynamic team in the commercial real estate industry. Responsibilities

As a Permanent Fund Accountant, you will play a vital role in our financial department. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to
• Preparing and maintaining accurate journal entries, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.
• Conducting year-end audits, reviewing financial statements, and identifying any discrepancies or areas for improvement.
