About the Role:
As our business rapidly expands, we’re looking for a Global HR Business Partner to help us scale people practices in lockstep with business strategy. This is a critical role that directly influences how we deliver for customers, embed high-performing culture, and build foundational HR capabilities.
This is a hands-on position in a lean environment where you'll support Senior Management, build programs from the ground up. Success in this role means generating traction early, driving fast high-impact wins in onboarding, talent acquisition, and organizational alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leaders, helping shape org structure, team effectiveness, and culture.
· Design and implement scalable onboarding programs that reinforce customer-first mindset and early productivity.
· Lead and support talent acquisition in evolving markets—aligning hiring with business priorities.
· Develop compensation frameworks and processes that support internal equity and global competitiveness.
· Create and roll out people programs that bring structure, compliance, and efficiency to growing teams.
· Champion performance and feedback cycles that drive accountability and growth.
Success in the First 120 Days Will Look Like:
· Key hires completed in priority roles and markets.
· Customer-focused onboarding program launched and adopted.
· Initial global compensation structure aligned and documented.
· Strategic coaching relationship established with senior leadership.
· HR documentation and compliance gaps addressed in top-priority regions.
Qualifications:
· 8+ years in HR roles with proven experience as a strategic HRBP.
· Demonstrated ability to work independently and build systems from scratch.
· Experience partnering directly with senior executives and influencing decision-making.
· Expertise in onboarding design, global compensation, and talent development.
· Strong business acumen and track record of delivering measurable impact through people programs.
· Comfort operating in high-growth or transformation-stage organizations.

Pay: $110,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
