We have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Lead to join our Everyday Banking Product team. This is a newly created role with a great opportunity to become a thought leader for the portfolio & segments, both at BNZ and in market.

What are 5 day to day tasks the person in this role will complete?
Lead key activity across the end-to-end value chain; specialist support for key enterprise initiatives by working cohesively with enterprise stakeholders and delivery partners
Give clarity, make key enterprise decisions, influence outcomes to ensure strategies are aligned with CP&S priorities for customers and colleagues
Lead enterprise programs ensuring alignment to BNZ strategic ambition
Thought leadership to maximise performance, including design discovery for product and product system
Cohesive leadership and enterprise decision making in programs to influence enterprise outcomes in line with the strategic direction
