Requirement of Hotel Management Teacher in Chiplun
Qualification:-Bachelor's Degree + Relevant Degree Mandatory
1-2 years of teaching experience required
Salary - 50k + Accommodation
Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and informative lectures on hotel management principles, practices, and techniques to students pursuing hotel management courses.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the educational standards and objectives of the institution.
• Create and deliver effective lesson plans, incorporating a variety of teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Provide practical training and hands-on experience to students in areas such as front office operations, food and beverage management, housekeeping, and event management.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and skill development.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and projects, providing timely feedback and guidance to help students improve their knowledge and skills.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, developments, and best practices in the hospitality industry, and incorporate them into the curriculum to ensure the relevance and currency of the program.
• Guide and mentor students, offering career advice and assisting them in their professional development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to enhance the quality of the hotel management program and promote industry partnerships.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and other institutional initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• A relevant postgraduate degree or diploma will be an advantage.
• Previous teaching experience in hotel management or a related discipline is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, and event management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students and foster a positive learning environment.
• Proficiency in using instructional technology and learning management systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A passion for teaching and a genuine interest in the development of students.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
