About The Role
Do you thrive on routine? Our Human Resources (HR) projects team is hiring! An exciting opportunity to join the ALDI team as a HR Administration Officer has become available, based at our head office in Minchinbury NSW. This is a permanent full-time position.
As a HR Administration Officer, you will provide essential administrative support to our HR Projects team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems. You will be responsible for the accurate and efficient flow of data and maintaining records to contribute to the overall success of our HR department.
What does the role involve?
Provide day-to-day support for ALDI HR systems
Maintain accurate data and new user accounts for ALDI HR systems
Respond to email and phone enquiries from all internal and external stakeholders
Provide reporting from ALDI HR systems as required
Provide administrative support to the HR Projects team
What do we need from you
General administrative experience, preferably within HR
Experience with the maintenance and synchronisation of data within HR systems
Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with providing timely and effective service to internal and external stakeholders through both email and phone support

Remuneration
Transparent tiered salary range of $74,200 - $81,400 including superannuation.
