Job description, work day and responsibilities
Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume review, interviewing, and onboarding.
Employee relations: Manage employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and handling performance reviews.
HR policies: Develop and maintain HR policies, including employee handbooks and policies related to leave, benefits, and performance management.
Payroll: Process payroll for all employees and handle any payroll-related issues.
Employee files: Maintain employee files, including tracking employee attendance, leave, and benefits.
Administrative tasks: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Event planning: Organize company events, including employee appreciation events, team building activities, and company-wide meetings.
