You will support the Compensation
Benefits team in analyzing compensation data
designing benefit programs
and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
What you will do
You will conduct market research
analyze salary data
and assist in the administration of benefits programs
Key responsibility
Conduct market research to determine competitive compensation and benefits packages
Analyze compensation data to identify trends and ensure internal equity
Assist in the design and implementation of new compensation and benefits programs
Administer employee benefits programs
ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments
Maintain accurate records of compensation and benefits data
Ensure compliance with all relevant compensation and benefits laws and regulations
Required Qualification and Skills
Bachelor
s degree in Human Resources
Finance
or a related field
1
2 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration
Strong analytical and problem
solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations
