About the Provider:

The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join a dedicated team. In this critical role, you will partner with the leadership team to develop and implement people strategies that align with our client's mission and values. You will be instrumental in driving a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting the growth and development of the staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with management to identify HR priorities and develop strategies to support business objectives.
Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing.
Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support the implementation of learning and development programs.
Manage employee relations issues, including performance management and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and workplace health and safety requirements.
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
About You:
You are a passionate and experienced HR professional with a strong background in the aged care sector. You thrive in a values-driven environment and have a proven ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation. You are a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and have a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Key Requirements:
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar HR role, preferably within the aged care sector.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and workplace health and safety regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
