About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for developing and implementing effective HR strategies and policies.

Key responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the overall business goals
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and preparing offer letters
Manage employee relations and handle employee grievances
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all HR efforts are integrated and aligned
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in HR
Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in HR software and tools
Experience analyzing and interpreting HR metrics
Excellent communication and leadership skills
