Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years' progressive Recruiting and Human Resources experience, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
Proven experience in managing payroll and benefits administration
Proficient in HRIS and payroll software
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a diverse role, where you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruiting, payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and compliance

Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records
Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance and retention
Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to meet organizational needs and comply with state and federal laws
Conduct recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt personnel, conduct new-employee orientations, and oversee exit interviewing process
Maintain a positive work environment by resolving conflicts and fostering a collaborative culture

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and highly motivated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner in driving the company's mission and vision, fostering an environment that promotes growth and development.
