Job description
JD for Technical Recruiter:
Key Skills
• 2–4 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a high-tech or global company
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Ability to read and understand technical resumes and identify qualified candidates
• Familiarity with roles such as Backend/Frontend Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud Engineers etc, detailed list is mentioned on Annexure at last page.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills across multiple platforms such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be comfortable working independently and managing multiple roles in parallel. Must be able to prioritize the work basis criticality of tasks with quick turnaround time.
• Proficiency with MS Office i.e MS word, excel, PPT etc.
• Must ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.
• Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Handling Admin/HR work assigned from time to time as and when required.
