Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Leadership
● Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
● Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on people and organizational matters.
● Build a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management
● Oversee workforce planning and recruitment across all departments.
● Design effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
● Implement succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
● Promote a positive and performance-driven workplace culture.
● Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters fairly and promptly.
● Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance productivity and retention.
4. Policy & Compliance
● Formulate and update HR policies in line with statutory requirements and best practices.
● Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
● Conduct periodic audits to assess HR compliance and process effectiveness.
5. Learning & Development
● Identify training needs and create structured L&D programs.
● Encourage skill development and continuous learning at all levels.
● Evaluate training effectiveness through measurable outcomes.
6. Performance & Compensation Management
● Design and implement performance management systems (KPIs, OKRs, appraisals).
● Develop fair and competitive compensation structures.
● Administer payroll, benefits, and reward programs.
7. HR Operations & Systems
● Implement HRMS/HR technology solutions to streamline processes.
● Oversee attendance, leave, and workforce records management.
● Monitor HR metrics and present reports to management.
Key Requirements
● Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
● 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
● Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR policies, and compliance practices.
● Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
● Proven track record of strategic HR leadership in a growing organization.
● Ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
