Job description
Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Motinagar/Kirti Nagar, New Delhi
Reports To: CFO
Compensation: Up to INR 8 LPA
Age: Not Exceeding 42
Job Summary
The HRBP will be a key management team member, leading the entire HR function for a mineral exporter, a listed company primarily involved in coal mining.
The role demands a seasoned HR leader with manufacturing, mining, and trading company expertise.
The HRBP will be responsible for employee onboarding, payroll, labor compliance, engagement, and exits, thereby managing the employees' lifecycles. A recruitment background is not required as the core.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR:
• Get involved in rolling out HR policies and check adherence.
• Manage employee payroll costs by strictly governance salaries and statutory payouts and prevent any leakage in payroll.
• Build an employer brand by communicating through emails and employee town halls.
• Spearheaded HR digitization initiatives, including HRMS or technology implementation data analytics in Excel that drive decision-making.
Workforce Management & HR Operations
• Oversee workforce deployment and workforce availability—talent acquisition and retention strategies across locations.
• Drive best-in-class employee engagement and well-being initiatives.
• Lead HR compliance, labor law adherence, and people risk management across global operations.
Compensation, Benefits & Rewards Strategy
• Develop and execute a competitive C&B framework.
• Optimize payroll and workforce cost management in alignment with business objectives.
HR Technology & Analytics
• Drive adoption of HR analytics and AI-driven workforce insights for strategic decision-making.
Education: Graduate with an MBA in HR
Experience: Minimum 5 years in HR functional or transactional role
Must have experience in manufacturing, mining, or Trading companies
Must have worked closely with senior management and drive a small team
Age bracket: 45+ years preferred.
This is a work-from-office with six (6) days of working
