Minimum Requirements:? ?
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field? required ?
• Minimum?5?years?of?progressive experience in multiple human resource disciplines, including talent management, talent acquisition, compensation practices, organizational?design, employee relations, diversity ?and inclusion, and federal and state respective employment laws?
• Minimum 3 ?years' experience directly resolving employee relations issues and business partnering experience?
• Proven track record of building and managing strong collaborative relationships?
• Proven experience supporting senior leaders on strategic initiatives?

Preferred Qualifications: ?
• HR certification is a plus, PHR, SPHR, and/or GPHR?
• Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task while working in a?fast-paced?environment?
• Strong facilitation skills, with some experience delivering leadership development solutions?
• Excellent written,?verbal, interpersonal communication, and leadership skills.?
• The ability to receive Secret clearance may be required in the future?
• Experience in an engineering or?high-tech?industry?

We use geographic cost of labor as an input to develop market-driven ranges for our roles, and as such, each location where we hire may have a different range. To accommodate all locations, we have listed the bottom to the top of the possible range, and will share the target range for a specific location during the recruiting discussion. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidates unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience.
