At AD Web Technology, we’re not chasing client projects — we’re building impactful products to solve real-life challenges. As a young, registered, product-first startup based in Gwalior, we’re cooking up something revolutionary in the vehicle service and emergency response space.
Now, we’re expanding our team and looking for a passionate HR Intern who’s eager to learn, take responsibility, and experience startup life from the inside.
Position Overview:
Position: Human Resource (HR) Intern
Mode: Hybrid (Work from home + occasional coworking or cafe meet-ups in Gwalior)
Duration: 3 Months
Reporting To: Founder & Co-Founder (Operations Head)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end intern and candidate hiring processes
• Screen resumes, shortlist profiles, and manage interview scheduling
• Coordinate virtual interviews and onboarding processes
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases
• Organize engagement activities and feedback sessions
• Manage internship certificates, LOR issuance, and exit formalities
• Support team in planning offline meetups, birthdays, and small events
• Assist with basic HR reports and documentation
Requirements:
• Currently pursuing/completed B.Com, BBA/MBA in HR, or any related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
• Positive, organized, and people-friendly personality
• Eagerness to learn startup operations and grow alongside the company
• Availability for a 3-month commitment
