We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining personnel records, assisting department directors in meetings and presentations, and traveling as required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills, are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Personnel Records Management:
• Organize and maintain personnel records.
• Update internal databases, such as recording sick or maternity leave.
• Director Support:
• Assist department directors in meetings and presentations, including traveling as necessary.
• Handle email communications and correspondence.
• Document Preparation:
• Prepare HR documents, including employment contracts and new hire guides.
• Revise company policies as needed.
• HR Metrics and Reporting:
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates).
• Answer employee queries about HR-related issues.
• Payroll Assistance:
• Provide relevant employee information to the payroll department (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules).
• Travel and Expenses:
• Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.
• HR Projects:
• Participate in HR projects, such as organizing job fair events.
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle email communications effectively.
• Flexibility to travel to different cities as required.
• Experience in updating internal databases and maintaining personnel records.
• Ability to prepare and revise HR documents.
• Knowledge of HR metrics and reporting.
• Familiarity with assisting payroll processes.
• Experience in organizing travel accommodations and processing expense forms.
• Ability to participate actively in HR projects
