Position Profile

Our dynamic and inviting team is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join us! As an HRG, you will provide support for human resources related programs. This role requires professional internal and external-facing relationship building. You will administer firm policies, procedures, and execute processes for designated supporting departments. You will lead engaging new hire orientations in-person and virtually. You will also collaborate with other team members to prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, company policies, training, and compliance, and you will partner with leaders to support a variety of employee lifecycle needs.

• You have a few years of experience through school and work. You have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related field with 1-3 years of experience in human resources.

Example responsibilities
• Assist in developing and executing procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
• Participate in development of HR objectives, metrics and systems
• Assist in administering compensation and employee performance programs
• Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve the employee experience
• Ensure legal compliance of state and federal regulations and employment laws
• Coordinate with Onboarding Specialist and HR Coordinators to deliver an exceptional transition into the firm
• Handle administrative tasks for employee lifecycle events, as well as exit interviews
• Provide effective and dedicated HR advisory services for all levels of employees in a variety of employee relations matters

Annual Base Pay: $65,000.00 to $80,000.00
