Brimbank is continuously growing, with many transformational infrastructure projects about to break ground. A key focus of the coming years will be working with the State and Federal Governments to establish Melbourne Airport Rail; to complete redevelopment of Sunshine and Albion Stations; and the realisation of the Sunshine Precinct Masterplan which will Sunshine transformed into a CBD, vastly increasing local jobs, housing, businesses, services and tourism to provide for the many tens of thousands of people living, working and travelling through the Brimbank.

We are currently seeking a Casualstaff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.
The role
Reporting to the ICT Service Desk Team Leader, we are seeking an ICT Help Desk Officer who can bring their skills and experience to:
Provide ICT support to end users and customers by responding to, triaging, managing, escalating, and resolving ICT incidents in accordance with organisational ICT service desk SLAs.
Coordinates and executes applicable actions relating to the lifecycle management of ICT assets in accordance with ICT policies and practices.
Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of stakeholder management.
To be considered you will have:
Local government experience is desirable
Certificate IV in Information Technology (ICT)
Experience with desktop hardware and software, including operating systems and MS Office products.
Proficiency with computer software systems including Microsoft Software Applications and web-based applications.
Proven ability to maintain good relationships with customers and vendors.
