Ability to work independently or in a team environment as needed
Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to fast paced environment

Responsibilities
Your role will be under supervision of senior architect and will involve applying technical professional proficiency to the solution of architectural interior design problems to create dynamic interior spaces for large and medium size projects
Your primary goal will be to create design that aligns with the client’s brief and prepare design documents, research finishing materials and the coordination of related project activities
The position also supports Business Development and presentation efforts in pursuit of new projects
Ability to develop scope of project, in collaboration with senior Project Interior Architect for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating project assignments
Ability to seek guidance from senior staff to develop design concepts make timely design and technical decisions in a collaborative manner while seeking advice of peers and superiors
Ability to present oneself professionally to clients as well as maintain a ‘seller-doer’ approach
Ability to select materials, finishes, fittings, fixtures and interior lighting
Ability to prepare design development and concept sketches for issues
Develop designs and sketches into construction documents as well as direct a project team to do the same
Ability to prepare a complete set of construction documents in BIM
Ability to lead and mentor junior designers to produce a complete set of construction documents
Ability to redline documents for production using BlueBeam or other similar software
Ability to coordinate with sub-consultants and other disciplines and mentor junior staff to do the same
Ability to create presentation material, Exhibits in BlueBeam or PowerPoint for client and team review
Ability to direct and/or perform site and field work including site observations & investigations, existing facility inventory and generate field measured documentation
