Salary range: $120- 140k + Super + NFP Benefits
The role:
As the Internal Communications Manager, you will play a crucial role in building a vibrant and connected community at Warrigal. You will drive internal engagement and support our "Towards 2030" objectives by developing and managing a strategic communications framework that aligns with our mission and values.
Your responsibilities include creating and overseeing communication campaigns, managing channels like newsletters, and ensuring content remains relevant and up-to-date.
You'll provide feedback, work with departments to ensure message consistency, and use insights to refine strategies and boost engagement. Additionally, you'll report on communication effectiveness and foster a culture of open dialogue and continuous improvement.
You'll embody and promote our core values of Integrity, Respect, Compassion, and Innovation in every interaction.
To be successful and thrive in this role, you will have:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
Relevant experience in a similar role within a complex organisation.
Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated success in crafting and executing effective communication strategies.
Strong organisational and project management abilities, with experience handling multiple projects at once.
Proficiency with digital communication tools and platforms.
A current NSW driver's license.
