As we continue to expand our digital footprint, we are seeking a strategic and technically skilled E-commerce Marketing Strategist with Web Development Skills to lead and execute performance-driven campaigns while managing and enhancing our online platforms. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in building luxury e-commerce experiences that reflect the sophistication of our brand.⸻

Position Summary:
The E-commerce Marketing Strategist will be responsible for leading digital marketing initiatives and overseeing the development, optimization, and management of our e-commerce websites. This hybrid role combines strategic digital marketing with hands-on web development when required , requiring an individual who understands both luxury brand positioning and the technical mechanics of modern e-commerce platforms such as Shopify.⸻

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to increase online traffic, brand awareness, and sales across all e-commerce platforms.• Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), email marketing flows (Klaviyo), influencer partnerships, and affiliate programs.• Conduct SEO audits and implement on-page/off-page improvements to boost organic visibility.• Analyze performance metrics (GA4, Shopify Analytics, etc.) and adapt strategies to optimize conversions and ROI.• Collaborate with leadership to plan product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions for both Château D’Ivoire and its in-house brands.E-commerce & Web Development:
Build, update, edit and maintain e-commerce websites including ChateauDivoire.com, Alemya.ca, RanakbJewelry.com, and upcoming brand sites.-Experience and knowledge in coding• Customize and enhance Shopify themes and templates to ensure a luxurious, high-converting shopping experience.• Implement technical improvements that enhance UX, site speed, mobile optimization, and accessibility.• Integrate apps, plugins, and APIs (e.g., payment gateways, CRM tools, Klaviyo, Hotjar) as needed.• Collaborate with design and product teams to create beautiful, brand-consistent landing pages and user journeys.⸻
Required Skills & Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing with hands-on web development capabilities. When necessary, Coding knowledge and experience• Proficiency with Shopify (required), HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and basic Liquid coding.• Deep understanding of SEO, paid media, email marketing, and marketing analytics.• Proven ability to manage campaigns for luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brands is an asset.• Comfortable using tools like GA4, Shopify Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, and others.• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple brand sites and initiatives

Le/la Stratège en marketing e-commerce sera responsable de la planification et de la mise en œuvre des initiatives de marketing numérique, ainsi que du développement, de l’optimisation et de la gestion de nos sites e-commerce. Ce poste hybride combine la stratégie marketing digitale avec des interventions techniques en développement web, exigeant une personne qui comprend à la fois le positionnement d’une marque de luxe et les aspects techniques des plateformes e-commerce modernes comme Shopify.⸻

Responsabilités principales :

Stratégie marketing et exécution :

Élaborer et exécuter des stratégies de marketing numérique intégrées afin d’accroître le trafic en ligne, la notoriété de la marque et les ventes sur l’ensemble des plateformes e-commerce.• Planifier, gérer et optimiser les campagnes publicitaires payantes (Google Ads, Meta Ads), les campagnes d’email marketing (Klaviyo), les partenariats avec des influenceurs et les programmes d’affiliation.• Réaliser des audits SEO et mettre en œuvre des améliorations on-page et off-page pour renforcer la visibilité organique.• Analyser les données de performance (GA4, Shopify Analytics, etc.) et ajuster les stratégies pour maximiser les conversions et le retour sur investissement.• Collaborer avec la direction pour planifier les lancements de produits, les campagnes et les promotions saisonnières pour Château D’Ivoire ainsi que pour ses marques internes.E-commerce et développement web :
Concevoir, modifier, mettre à jour et maintenir les sites e-commerce, y compris ChateauDivoire.com, Alemya.ca, RanakbJewelry.com, et les futurs sites de marques.• Expérience et connaissances en codage requises.• Personnaliser et améliorer les thèmes et modèles Shopify afin d’assurer une expérience d’achat luxueuse et performante.• Mettre en œuvre des améliorations techniques pour optimiser l’expérience utilisateur, la vitesse du site, l’ergonomie mobile et l’accessibilité.• Intégrer les applications, plugins et API nécessaires (passerelles de paiement, outils CRM, Klaviyo, Hotjar, etc.).• Collaborer avec les équipes design et produit pour créer des pages d’atterrissage attrayantes et cohérentes avec l’identité des marques.⸻
Compétences et qualifications requises :

3 à 5 ans d’expérience en marketing e-commerce avec des compétences pratiques en développement web. Connaissances en codage exigées lorsque nécessaire.• Maîtrise de Shopify (obligatoire), HTML/CSS, JavaScript et notions de codage Liquid.• Excellente compréhension du SEO, des médias payants, de l’email marketing et de l’analyse marketing.• Expérience avérée dans la gestion de campagnes pour des marques de luxe, de mode ou de style de vie (un atout).• À l’aise avec les outils comme GA4, Shopify Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, etc.• Solides compétences en gestion de projets et capacité à gérer plusieurs sites et initiatives de marques simultanément.
