Prepares and examines Service-related contracts
Provides legal advice to an organization, prepares resolutions and forms, and participates in major legal actions
Responsible for foreseeing and protecting the company against legal risks
Performs a variety of tasks
Works under general supervision
Monitor KPIs as outlined in Client-owned procurement
Advise the Client on performance breaches and financial penalties
Build a performance tracking mechanism for KPIs within contracts
Advise Client leadership on procurement best practices and request for proposal (RFP) development, including relevant SLAs to incentivize performance aligned with operational and strategic goals
Develop draft contractual documentation, purchase orders, and other related products to support the procurement experience
Develop mechanisms for the Client procurement process, including end-to-end requirements from finance, legal, contracts, compliance, and application security, amongst others
Independently gather information from and coordinate with various subject matter experts across security, legal, regulatory, privacy, and compliance departments to inform procurement strategies
Develop and own a mechanism to track Client procurements, purchase orders, work orders, and associated invoices through reconciliation
Performs a variety of tasks

Job Description

Responsibilities:
· Monitor KPIs as outlined in Client-owned procurement. Advise the Client on performance breaches and financial penalties.
