• typing legal documents;
• requesting searches;
• raising invoices;
• opening and closing files;
• dealing with post-completion matters;
• assisting fee earners with administrative and secretarial tasks;
About You
• You are highly organised, motivated, accurate, proactive and committed to meeting deadlines while remaining calm under pressure.
• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on providing exceptional support for your team and client care.
• You have solid administrative experience and be used to working in a busy and highly professional driven environment, including being proficient using Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Previous experience of working in a legal or professional services firm is desirable but not essential.
