Monitor and manage social media channels, promptly responding to customer interactions to foster positive relationships, generate quality leads, and strengthen the company’s reputation
Generate and qualify leads, attracting Techellence’s target customers and passing them to executives and the sales team for relationship-building
Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, providing executives and sales teams with actionable insights to better meet market demands
Analyze marketing and sales data from various analytics tools to refine strategies and enhance performance

Specifically, the person shall:
