What’s the opportunity?

We’re looking for a strong creative thinker and tactician. Working as part of our small but mighty global design team and reporting into our Global Design Manager you will create high quality videos and animations for our marketing teams across the UK, Spain, US, Australia and New Zealand.

Your work will be instrumental in helping our marketing teams meet their lead generation and conversion targets and in ensuring we ensure ultra quality expression and brand consistency across our global business.

Here’s how you’ll do it:
• Video editing: Edit and produce high-quality video content using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro with basic colour grading and audio editing also a bonus.
• Motion Graphics: Using After effects you will bring our campaigns, videos and advertisements to life. Develop engaging compositions and raise the bar in our video production output.
• Videography: Be a confident operator of cameras and other video equipment to capture high-quality footage for various projects.
• Project management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members, and other stakeholders across five territories to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional results.
• Brand consistency: Ensure all designs and video content align with our brand guidelines, visual identity and values.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep our creative output fresh and innovative.

What will you bring:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years experience working in a creative agency. Freelance will also be considered.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar editing software) and camera operation for videography.
• Design skills: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
• Videography skills: Experience with camera equipment, lighting, and audio for video production.
• Creative thinking: Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions for diverse digital design and video projects.
• Attention to detail: Meticulous eye for detail to ensure high-quality output in all projects.
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and feedback clearly.
• Time management: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, industry standards and design trends
