About Us:
Angels of Mercy is a registered NDIS provider committed to empowering individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals and lead meaningful lives. As part of our small, dynamic team, you will play a critical role in supporting participants to navigate the NDIS and connect with the right services to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist participants in understanding and implementing their NDIS plans.
Work collaboratively with participants to identify their goals and develop strategies to achieve them.
Coordinate supports by engaging with a wide range of service providers, community organisations, and networks.
Collaborate with support workers to arrange schedules, manage tasks, and ensure effective service delivery.
Monitor and review participant progress, ensuring services are aligned with their needs and goals.
Provide participants with up-to-date information on their options, rights, and responsibilities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including reports and case notes.
Act as a point of contact for participants, families, and stakeholders, responding promptly to queries and concerns.
Advocate for participants, ensuring they receive high-quality, person-centred support.
Engage in outreach activities to promote the organisation’s services, build relationships with service providers, and explore new opportunities for collaboration.
Participate in networking events and build relationships with community partners to enhance service delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
Must speak Arabic.
Assyrian/Chaldean language skills are desirable.
Experience in Support Coordination or a related role in the NDIS sector.
Strong understanding of the NDIS framework, policies, and procedures.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with participants, families, and service providers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A proactive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Working Hours:
Part-time: 4 days per week, 9 AM to 4:30 PM.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 – $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 per week
