The team you’ll join
We are a dynamic and collaborative team of Office Managers and Assistants spread across various offices. Our team thrives on mutual support, effective communication, and a shared commitment to excellence. We believe in helping each other out and working together to achieve our goals. Reporting to the National Facilities Lead
Team Members are located in Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney.
You will be joining the Perth office, where we are excited to be moving to our new location in the heart of the Perth CBD. This move represents a significant milestone for our team, and we are looking forward to the opportunities it will bring.
We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who can seamlessly integrate into our team. This role is a full-time office-based role given the nature of the work.
Your role will include
Assisting with the office move to the new Perth CBD location.
Managing office supplies and ensuring the office runs smoothly.
Coordinating with suppliers and service providers.
Supporting the Office Manager and the National Facilities Lead with national administrative tasks.
Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance and WHS
Security Auditing

Recruitment and assessment process
The interview process at Scyne generally involves two to three interviews including a blend of behavioural, technical, and scenario-based questions. Our approach is underpinned by key principles and expectations, ensuring we have a skilled and diverse workforce that is representative of the communities and organisations we serve.
We carry out background checks and if required, confirmation of a valid Commonwealth security clearance or the ability to obtain a Commonwealth security clearance. Our principles and employment screening process adhere to the AS 4811:2022 Workforce Screening Standard.
