Responsibilities
The Office Assistant reports to the Site Administrator and supports a high-volume campus by managing office operations, coordinating communications, and providing administrative assistance
This role requires organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently
Administrative Support Coordinate office activities, manage communication flow, and handle routine issues
Prepare and maintain records, reports, and correspondence
Office Management Perform secretarial tasks such as typing, filing, and processing correspondence
Maintain confidential files and financial records, including purchase orders and reimbursements
Communication Serve as a liaison between schools, departments, and external agencies
Answer inquiries from students, parents, and staff, and handle telephone and email communication
Event Coordination Assist with planning school events, field trips, and registrations
Update calendars and make arrangements for visits and facility use
Training and Supervision Provide guidance to office personnel and manage workflow
Health and Safety Administer first aid and medication as needed

Creative Learning Center is looking for an Office Assistant for our location in Redwood City, CA.
