Responsibilities
The ideal Hotel Operations Food and Beverage Manager will have a proven track record in hospitality management, especially in food and beverage operations, and will be responsible for ensuring that our restaurant or Bistro delivers exceptional service and high-quality products
The Hotel Operations Food and Beverage Manager will collaborate closely with chefs, service staff, and management to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests while maintaining profitability and compliance with health and safety regulations
As a key member of our management team, you will be instrumental in driving the vision and goals of our food and beverage services, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
Directly manages assigned staff and indirectly manages all subordinates
Articulates Company goals to the staff
Demonstrates commitment to these goals through work ethic, integrity, and respect for the Company and associates
Unites associates in a common commitment to achieve and exceed these goals
Works closely with management throughout the hotel and the Company
Impresses guests with quality and timely service in a pleasant and friendly manner
Directs all operations in alignment with the direction of the General Manager, Company, brand standards, and local, state, and national regulations
Responsible for quality service, meeting/exceeding financial goals, short and long-term planning, and day-to-day operations

Courtyard by Marriott Dayton Beavercreek is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Operations Manager with Food and Beverage experience to lead our culinary team and elevate our guest dining experience in the hospitality industry. The role of Hotel Operations Food and Beverage is a unique opportunity for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to implement innovative strategies to improve service efficiency and operational excellence.
