You're Good At:

Leading and motivating a team to achieve excellence within Pharmaceutical Meetings Management.
Managing multiple priorities including meeting planning processes for Clinical Meeting Types, team performance and client relationships, and staying calm under pressure
Building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Analyzing and improving operational processes
Utilizing tools like Cvent and Microsoft Office Suite effectively
You Might Also Have:

Prior managerial experience overseeing a team of pharmaceutical meeting planners in an agency environment
Proficiency in both French and English, both written and spoken. This is a requirement for this position.
Strong organizational skills to juggle various resources
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
A knack for problem-solving and adapting to changes quickly
You Should Know:

This is an office based role. The expectations for this position are to report in to our clients office in Montreal at least 2 days per week.
This role will travel about 10% of the time.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in Canada for the position of Operations Manager- Pharmaceutical Meetings Management is between $90,000 - $90,000 CAD. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
