Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Part-Time Executive Assistant to directly support the Director of Little Smart. This is a critical long-term role for someone who is smart, highly organized, and can independently manage a variety of tasks across business operations, communication, and team coordination.
This is not a regular admin job — you’ll work closely with the leadership, get exposed to real decision-making, and grow with the brand.
Key Responsibilities:Executive & Business Support
• Manage the Director’s calendar, priorities, and follow-ups
• Draft, review, and send professional communication (emails, WhatsApp, reports)
• Coordinate between departments, freelancers, and external vendors
• Support in preparing presentations, reports, and business documents
Operational Coordination
• Track tasks, deadlines, and team accountability using tools like Google Sheets/Docs
• Help with vendor management, small purchases, and local logistics
• Assist in documenting SOPs and process improvements
People & Project Assistance
• Support recruitment tasks like JD creation, screening, and scheduling
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires and freelancers
• Follow up on marketing, sales, and operations projects as needed
• Not limited but a good starting point
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Proactive, self-driven, and a fast learner
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, WhatsApp Web, Excel
• Good judgment, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information
• Prior experience in a similar assistant or coordinator role is a bonus
Work Setup & Growth:
• Part-Time | 4–5 hours/day | Work From Office (Kolkata)
• Flexible timing (within regular working hours)
• Monthly stipend/salary based on skills and experience
