Your role as a Relief Personal Banker is to deliver an exceptional experience by meeting customers end-to-end banking needs across a range of branches.

Whether you’re assisting customers with enquires, educating them about our online platforms or recommending products and services that best suit their needs, you’ll value how it feels to make a difference in people’s lives.

In this dynamic and high-impact role, you’ll make your mark by:

Delivering win-win solutions for our bank and our customers within different branches. Developing an expert understanding of customers’ current and future goals, you’ll design solutions that meet their needs, objectives and interests
Keeping up with constant change. You’ll educate and support our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings
Guiding customers through personalised lending solutions. By exploring tailored personal loans and credit card options, you’ll help customers achieve their goals

This is a permanent, part-time position located in the across Ascot, Brisbane City, Mitchelton, Strathpine & Holland Park having flexibility for travel will allow you to have genuine variety in your work week where relief allowances will also apply. The roster is 72hours per fortnight Monday to Friday with the usual starting and finishing times being 8:30AM to 4:30PM


What you’ll bring to the role

To succeed in this role, you’ll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We’d love you to have:

Strong adaptability and flexibility, easily switching between tasks and locations on a regular basis
Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customer’s needs
Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues
Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different
A knack for teamwork - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals
Experience in consumer lending and the banking/finance industry - a plus but certainly not essential
A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role as you will be required to drive to different branches.
