We’re looking for an eCommerce and Operations assistant to assist in the management and upkeep of our online sales platforms. This role will focus on maintaining accurate product listings, optimising website organisation, coordinating marketplace operations, and supporting the broader operations team with essential administrative tasks.
Working closely with the Technical Manager, this role ensures that our digital storefronts remain updated, functional, and customer-friendly. If you have a strong eye for detail, enjoy working with data, and are confident juggling multiple responsibilities, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management: Upload and maintain accurate product listings across Shopify, Amazon and eBay, ensuring descriptions, images, and stock availability are always up to date.
Website Maintenance: Assist in updating and organising product categories and collections to enhance site navigation and the customer shopping experience.
Marketplace Coordination: Oversee customer returns and refunds on Amazon, managing communications with eBay and Amazon Seller Support to resolve any issues efficiently.
New Product Integration: Support the addition of new products to our e-commerce site, ensuring proper categorisation and SEO-friendly listings to maximise visibility.
Operational Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including stock management assistance, process documentation, and liaising with internal stakeholders.
Reporting & Analytics: Compile and analyse monthly reports on sales performance, product trends, and stock movement to inform strategic decision-making.
Someone who has a tech background and is familar with technology asset categories.
Inventory packaging and distribution as part of warehouse processes.
What We’re Looking For
At least two years of experience in an e-commerce, marketplace support, or administrative role within a digital or retail environment.
Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and eBay.
Data integration skills is a bonus.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a methodical approach to managing product data.
Ability to handle routine interactions with external marketplace support teams (e.g. Amazon, eBay).
Proficiency in Excel and basic data reporting to support operational decisions.
