️ What You'll Do:

Style and inspire clients with personalized fashion recommendations and product knowledge
Build lasting relationships through thoughtful follow-up, exceptional service, and clienteling
Translate Mandarin conversations when needed to ensure seamless client communication
Maintain visual standards and support daily store operations
Help achieve team sales goals and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
Represent Sandro + Maje with professionalism and pride
Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in retail or client-facing roles (luxury or fashion preferred)
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken; written is a plus)
Confident, friendly, and professional with strong interpersonal skills
Passionate about fashion, styling, and creating a luxury client experience
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
