We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team located in Wayne, Pennsylvania. You will be pivotal in the smooth running of our front office operations, ensuring high-quality customer service and administrative support to our team. This role is fully on-site and offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities
• Assist clients in securely uploading their documents to the customer portal.
• Scan and manage incoming documents into the tax system.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a friendly manner.
• Provide clerical support to partners and interns as needed.
