This position is based at Voyages Corporate Office, Sydney.
Our Sydney based Reservations team support people to make a trip of a lifetime to the heart of Australia. We provide support to our trade travel partners, helping them with bookings and questions via phone, email or chat. In doing so, we help trade partners with arrangements for guests visiting central Australia.

Your key role will see you:
Managing group reservations end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and alignment with trade partner requirements. This will include delivering superior customer service to respond to inbound calls, emails, and/or making outbound calls and writing outbound emails.
Maximising Voyages revenue through closing sales opportunities, including opportunities to upsell or cross sell.
Completing administrative processes that support the reservations process or other service issues.
You will have:
2-3 years' experience in a Groups Reservations or similar customer service role within hotels, front office, or travel
Opera Cloud experience preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong understanding of hotels, resorts, and their services
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
