Key Responsibilities:
• Transform complex technology use cases into engaging, easy-to-understand content for web, social media, and white papers
• Create compelling content, including web pages, white papers, ad copy, blog posts, images, technical product documentation, videos, and other multimedia for the web, mobile, and social media platforms
• Develop and manage inbound marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement
• Collaborate with the product team to align marketing messaging with the product roadmap, ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Manage leads, prospects, and sales activity on marketing tools and CRM platforms
• Work closely with technical teams in designing UX and visual elements to enhance user experience
• Nurture partner relationships with cloud marketplaces, reseller channels, and OEM partnerships
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong English language skills in verbal and written communication
• Prior experience in content marketing, content writing, and lead generation for software companies
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, and other platforms to increase company and brand awareness
• Contribute to SEO efforts, including keyword and image optimization
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website on WordPress and other CMS tools
• Able to create and run digital marketing campaigns on social media, ads, and email
• Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using various Web analytics tools like Google Analytics
