Job Title: Executive Search Consultant Non-IT Specialist
Location: Full-time Work from Home with Flexitime
(Candidates from West, North, and East India preferred.)
Experience: Must have experience in Executive Search of CTC beyond 40LPA Full-Time in a renowned consulting company. People from Corporate Talent Acquisition will not be considered.
Must have own laptop, LinkedIn profile and Wifi
Salary: Maximum INR 50,000 per month, depending on background
Job Overview
Talent Steer is seeking a skilled Executive Search Consultant with expertise in headhunting for middle and senior management roles, especially in non-IT segments. We work in facilities management, institutional catering, travel & hospitality, FMCG, and manufacturing for managerial and other roles.
The ideal candidate will excel in competition mapping, talent mining, and developing strategic talent pipelines, going beyond traditional job boards to identify exceptional talent. Only Keyword search competence is not sufficient to succeed in this role. This is a critical internal role aimed at strengthening our executive consulting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Headhunting and Talent Scouting :
• Understanding the JD, Company and Industry background to conduct searches for middle and senior management roles through competition mapping and direct sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage with high-potential candidates using talent mining techniques and deep market research using Linkedin, WA Groups, or other social media channels.
• Talent Pipeline Development:
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by leveraging networks, referrals, and industry insights with the help of our Application Tracking (ATS)
• Collaborate with clients to understand their long-term talent needs and design strategies to meet those objectives.
• Industry and Market Analysis:
• Stay updated on industry trends, key players, and Indian market movements in non-IT segments.
• Provide insights and advice to clients on market conditions and talent availability.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, expectations, and deliverables for open roles.
• Offer consultative support to clients in identifying the right talent beyond the traditional keyword match.
• Candidate Engagement:
• Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Evaluate candidate potential through in-depth discussions, focusing on successes, abilities, interests, and cultural fit.
• Connect with the candidate at the pre and post-hiring stages.
• Process Excellence:
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of search processes and candidate interactions using internal tools and CRM systems.
• Deliver consistent results within agreed timelines, maintaining the highest standards of quality and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills
• Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in executive search or headhunting, focusing on non-IT sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully filling middle and senior management roles through non-traditional sourcing methods.
Experience in Executive Search Firms is essential, and experience in corporate TA is not enough.
• Skills:
• Expertise in competition mapping and talent mining techniques.
• Strong understanding of talent pipeline strategies and market intelligence.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Talent Solution, Application Tracking and other direct sourcing platforms.
• Preferred Attributes:
• Candidates from West, North, and East India are preferred.
• Experience working in a consulting or executive search firm.
• A self-starter who can thrive in a remote work environment.
• Exclusions:
• IT recruiters will not be considered for this role.
• US or international recruitment experience will not be considered.
• People with no headhunting expertise will not be considered.

In this role, you will utilize your expertise in data analysis, presentation building, storytelling, project management and stakeholder collaboration to identify opportunities for operational enhancements, drive key business decisions, and influence the strategic direction of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis & Recommendations
• Leverage your Big 4 consulting background to perform in-depth market and operational analyses.
• Provide executive-level insights and strategic recommendations that align with Bundle’s growth objectives.
Data-Driven Insights
• Collect, synthesize, and interpret complex data sets using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau/Power BI.
• Generate clear, actionable reports that help senior leadership understand performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Process Design
• Assess and define end-to-end business processes—spanning from product and logistics to customer experience—to maximize efficiency and scalability.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Work closely with leadership to define project scope, prioritize initiatives, and set success metrics.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives and timelines.
Project Management & Execution
• Assist in developing project plans, tracking milestones, and reporting progress.
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and consulting.
• Demonstrated success at a Big 4 firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG) or a similar top-tier consultancy.
• General understanding of FMCG industry
Analytical Skillset:
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint SQL, Tableau/Power BI) and experience deriving insights from large, complex data sets.
Consulting Acumen:
A proven track record in managing stakeholders, delivering strategic recommendations, and driving measurable outcomes in a consulting environment.
Communication & Presentation:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights to C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
Collaboration:
Adept at working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Comfortable building relationships at all levels of the organization.
Certifications (preferred, not required): Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or relevant industry certifications.
