Role
We are seeking a Sales Executive to champion the growth of Vadilal Ice Creams across the Australian market. This role encompasses the management of Sales and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve the sales target for assigned territory / region.
· Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
· Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
· Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
· Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
· Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.
· Timely collection of outstanding payment from all vendors
· Make sure that no payment is outstanding for more than 30 / 60 / +0 days.
· Communicates any changes in the order or delivery date to relevant parties.
· Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
· Optimization of product layout, product placement and ledge hygiene
· Focus on regional and non-ethnic markets (HORECA, middle eastern stores, Nepalese stores etc) in NSW & ACT area.
· Directs market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
· Meets with key clients, assisting the sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
· Achieves satisfactory market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
· Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
· Monitors competitor products, sales activities.
· Any other job that has been assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s / Masters in Business Administration
Prior experience in FMCG Sales is preferred.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities with a focus on strategic planning and problem-solving.
