Your role
We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Officer to join our amazing team, based in Butler or Joondalup on a 12-month contract, full-time hours.
Reporting to the Scheduling Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
Plan, organise and schedule appointments between customers and clinicians
Utilise customised scheduling software and your superior analytical skills to set up, modify and maintain the scheduling of appointments for clinical teams
Work as part of the larger scheduling function to ensure scheduling for the entire business is completed in an efficient and timely manner
Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all information held on the scheduling system
Effectively communicate with possible demanding internal and external customers to diffuse conflict
Liaise with customers and clinicians via phone, email or in person in order to schedule, remind or follow up appointments
Resolve appointment conflicts for clinicians and customers in a time efficient manner
Provide assistance with caseload planning as required
What makes you the right candidate?
Previous scheduling experience, ideally within the allied health, NDIS or disability support sector
Sound knowledge of computer software applications such as scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite
Be a customer-centric Individual focusing on delivering extraordinary service
Analytical problem solving skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems quickly
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritisation tasks
A sense of responsibility and ownership of your role and responsibilities
