The Search & Performance Coordinator provides essential support to the Digital Performance & Search team, helping to activate and monitor digital acquisition campaigns.

This role assists in the planning, execution, and optimization of Digital Performance Channels (SEM, Affiliates, and emerging channels) to contribute to brand objectives like awareness, consideration, and conversion/sales.

You will focus on learning end-to-end channel operations and supporting ongoing optimization efforts.

Here’s a snapshot of the Search & Performance Coordinator responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day assistance to the Search & Performance Lead and Specialist in trading and optimizing performance channels.
Support the execution of tactical campaigns, including basic setup, trafficking of assets, and monitoring performance.
Assist with budget tracking and data collection for reports as required by various teams, maintaining finance trackers and Purchase Orders.
Provide operational support for Search Engine Marketing activities, including data entry, basic account checks, and learning platform functionalities.
Help monitor performance data in ad accounts and contribute to identifying areas for basic optimization under guidance.
Support the team in executing tactical test and learn initiatives by preparing data or setting up campaign elements.
Assist with the administration and tracking of affiliate programs and offers.
Actively participate in a culture of continuous improvement, showing curiosity in digital advancements and applying new learnings to daily tasks.
Collaborate effectively within the Marketing team, assisting with workload and learning from more senior team members.

What do we need from you

Now let’s talk about you:

Entry-level experience: 0-1 years experience marketing, media, or data-related support role, internship, or relevant tertiary studies.
Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, especially within performance channels (e.g., search engines, affiliate/CPA advertising).
Familiarity with common office software (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel) and an eagerness to learn digital advertising platforms.
An interest in working with data and understanding campaign performance metrics.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing preferred.
