We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social channels
Manage and update content on the company website (WordPress or similar CMS)
Create engaging email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships
Design promotional materials and graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Manage and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategies
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing and sales efforts
Assist in promoting and coordinating events (in-person and online)
Utilize SEO best practices to improve web visibility and drive traffic
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics or similar tools and report on key metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or digital media
Proficiency in SEO, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp or Constant Contact), and social media platforms
Experience managing websites using WordPress or similar content management systems
Familiarity with e-commerce principles and digital marketing strategies
Competency with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Knowledge of Google Analytics or comparable tools for performance reporting
