Our experienced team in Palmerston North is looking for a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist OR Physiotherapist to join their multidisciplinary clinics and support people the way they deserve to be taken care of – the Habit Health way.

Habit Health is looking for their next star clinician to work with clients on the ACC Pain Management contract. This is the opportunity to build your skill set in the field of pain management and rehabilitation, delivering novel and evidence- based interdisciplinary pain management programs to help improve the quality of life for those experiencing chronic pain.

This role offers a varied client base, managing a range of cases and rehabilitation programs. Our team will provide the support and resources you need to excel in your practice.

Main responsibilities:

Undertake Pain Triage Assessments Co-ordinate and lead community-based pain programs
Liaise with multiple parties to achieve best outcomes for the client
Create patient reports on client abilities, goals and best practice intervention
Utilise diary management software

The ideal candidate:

Must have registration with the relevant board and current APC
Ability to effectively manage your time and caseload
Full NZ Driver’s license for community rehabilitation
Excellent communication skills – you will be meeting new and varied people every day!
Must have experience working under ACC Pain Management Services
