Senior Interior Designer | Noida | Greater Noida | Gurgaon

As an Interior Designer, you will be the face of the design journey for our clients — from concept creation to final handover. You’ll own the customer interaction, design ideation, and project coordination, while ensuring the highest standards of design and delivery are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities
• Own the design-to-sales funnel — from client meetings to successful project closure.
• Lead client interactions to understand lifestyle needs and transform them into functional, modular design solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through timely design, collaboration, and post-meeting follow-ups.
• Ensure quality and precision in design deliverables — from layouts, 3D views, and BOQs to technical drawings.
• Own the end-to-end design project lifecycle, collaborating with project managers and vendors for seamless execution.
• Stay updated on latest design trends, material innovations, and functional modular layouts to inspire clients with fresh ideas.

Qualifications
• Graduate or Diploma in Interior Design or relevant field.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in residential interior design.
• Must have delivered 8–10 residential modular kitchen/wardrobe (KWS) projects independently.
• Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, PowerPoint, and moodboard creation.
• Strong grasp on:
• Conceptual design (layout planning, style boards, theme ideation)
• Modular design (material, functionality, aesthetics, space optimization)
• Technical execution (civil, services, detailing, installation feasibility)
• BoQ creation, site coordination & stakeholder alignment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead design discussions, drive meetings, and pitch value-based design solutions to clients.
• High ownership, goal orientation, clear communication, and integrity are a must.
• A strong team player with a learning mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced design environment.
