Roles & Responsibilities
Design and NPD activities of Axial Flow Control (Plunger) Valves, Axial Flow Check Valves & Dual Plate Check Valves or any assigned products / projects. Review of Enquiry, SO & Product Datasheet, PO Specifications & escalate discrepancies if any. Perform and Provide Valve Sizing, Torque detail / Gear Box & Actuator sizing to Sales. Preparation and Checking of Design Inputs and all Output documents, preparing 3D Models & 2D Drafting, Manufacturing Drawings, Process Drawings, Checking of GAD's, Checking of Actuator documents Benchmarking with competitors for Design Features, Weights, Torque, Cv, etc. Performing FEA & CFD. Preparation of Design Planning, Design Calculations, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Catalogues Data. Interact with cross functions, pre order / post order support to Sales, Design Verification and Validations. Compliance to Design FMS / Tracking Sheet, Compliance to Design KPI & Objectives.
Qualification: B.E. / B. Tech Mechanical.
Experience: 07 to 10 Years
Skill Set:
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools (SolidWorks / Ansys), Microsoft Office & ERP, Awareness of QMS as per API QI, ISO 9001, EMS, OHSAS, PED., Knowledge of materials science and fluid dynamics, Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., API, ASME, ISO), Effective communication skills with cross-functional teams, Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Ability to work independently and manage multi le ro•ects simultaneous

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
