Project Manager - Interior Designer

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in Interior Design to oversee and deliver exceptional interior projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, designers, contractors, and vendors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all phases of interior design projects, from initial client briefing to project handover.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure vision and functional requirements are met.
• Coordinate procurement of Materials form Factory on Time .
• Factory inspection from time to time to ensure the quality and Finish .
• Preparation of BOM ( hardware ) .
• Liaise with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders, ensuring accurate implementation of design intent.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues proactively.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders.
• Manage client relations, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
• Oversee quality control to ensure design standards and specifications are met.

Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management within the interior design industry.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction processes.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Leadership skills with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.

Preferred
• Preferred proficient in language - English , Hindi and Kannada .
• Previous experience with high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,999.00 per month
