Based in Los Angeles, the company was founded in 2017 by former Call of Duty World Champion and YouTube sensation Matthew "Nadeshot" Haag. 100 Thieves has leading esports teams competing in League of Legends, Fortnite, Call of Duty, Valorant, and Apex Legends. The brand is recognized globally for its streetwear-inspired apparel, known for rapidly selling out new drops. In 2020 the company opened its brand-new headquarters, the Cash App Compound, which is a 15,000 sq ft esports facility and acquired a CDL franchise, LA Thieves. 100 Thieves produces top gaming podcasts and massively popular YouTube content, created by its world-class gaming talent including CouRageJD, Valkyrae, BrookeAB and 2HYPE.Juvee is looking for an experienced Sr. Marketing Manager to join our small but nimble team.The successful candidate will be passionate about marketing trends and thrive in a scrappy, high-energy, fluid environment that enjoys working in a fun environment to bring more people to discover our creative experiences and product. The marketing manager will oversee the winning execution of all our marketing actions, partnerships, creators, and campaigns. We are a fast-paced environment, looking to optimize our marketing execution and set the groundwork to enhance the team’s capabilities in the future.Requirements7+ years of product, program, and creative development experience from concept to completion in the interactive entertainment or beverage industriesExperience working with multiple cross-functional teams in a highly fast-paced or start-up environmentProven success against complex and large-scale projects with multiple co-dependencies and stakeholdersA passion for creative marketing innovation and acting with a challenger mindsetUnderstanding of the current gaming landscape from publishers, creators, esports, and eventsAbility to work cross-functionally across multiple skill sets, including brand management, PR, user acquisition, social media, and influencer marketingKnowledge of community management, viral channels, and how to execute marketing on growth platformsA self-sufficient and entrepreneurial individual who can work independently and scale a business in line with Juvee’s vision and goalsResponsibilitiesEstablish consistent marketing activations aligned with the overall mission of achieving company goalsBuild meaningful relationships with a wide range of content creators and have an eye for up-and-coming creatorsLeverage insights and data to support marketing initiativesIdentify and evaluate potential service providers, and manage external vendor relationships when necessaryDrive best-in-class, innovative marketing asset creation with partners, managing stakeholder feedback with deadlinesWith a focus on ROI, manage the marketing campaign budgets and track/analyze each campaignAccountable for accurately delivering against campaign goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables to ensure they are achieved on schedule and strategyHold retrospectives, gathering feedback from the project team and action to improve ongoing projectsWhy You’ll Love JuveeYou will play a key role in defining the future of Juvee and will be depended upon to ensure the success of the companyYou will work in a challenging but exciting environment with a small but dedicated teamYou will have the assets and resources to invent what a modern energy drink brand looks likeYou will have a significant head start based on the parent company’s past success, passionate fan base, and brand-facing Founder & CEOYou will have an opportunity to work every day with a team of smart, hungry, and humble gamers & entrepreneursThe Legal StuffOur targeted compensation rate for this full-time position based in Culver City, California, is between $80,000 and $120,000, depending on experience, expertise, internal equity within the organization, and alignment with market data.
