We’re looking for a Senior Systems/Network Engineer with strong MSP experience to lead complex troubleshooting, manage advanced infrastructures, and drive improvements across networks, servers, and cloud environments. Responsibilities

Lead and resolve high-level infrastructure issues
Configure and manage firewalls, switches, VPNs, and security appliances
Improve and manage backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
Administer Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
Optimize monitoring and RMM tools (DattoRMM or similar)
Automate tasks using PowerShell or equivalent scripting
Respond to critical alerts and perform required maintenance
Collaborate with U.S.-based teams, improving processes and documentation

Qualifications

10+ years in a senior technical role within an MSP or IT support organization
Extensive expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365
Strong networking skills: firewalls, VLANs, routing, VPNs, switching
Experience with backup/disaster recovery (Datto, Veeam, etc.)
Solid background in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
Citrix Studio, Proofpoint and Mimecast
Familiarity with PSA/RMM tools (Autotask, ConnectWise, DattoRMM, N-central)
Knowledge of security best practices for mid-market environments
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Proven ability to lead under pressure while driving long-term improvements
