Full job description
We’re looking for a driven, tech-savvy problem-solver to join our growing IT team in NYC! If you love working with cutting-edge tools, enjoy solving technical puzzles, and want to level up your career, this is the role for you.

You’ll be supporting a fast-paced team, managing modern devices and security tools, and automating processes to make IT run smarter. What You’ll Do

Provide Level II support for hardware, software, and networking issues, keeping our clients productive and happy.
Manage and configure devices with Jamf, Intune, and Autopilot.
Write PowerShell scripts and automate everyday IT processes.
Keep systems secure with device compliance and conditional access policies.
Deploy and image desktops efficiently for new hires and refresh cycles.
Use RMM tools to proactively monitor and manage endpoints.
Support and maintain cybersecurity platforms like CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, and Cylance.
Administer Office 365 and Google Workspace accounts and services.
Work closely with our IT team to streamline operations and improve user experience.
What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience (Level II or equivalent).
Solid skills with Jamf, Intune, Autopilot, and scripting (PowerShell).
Understanding of modern IT security, device compliance, and conditional access.
Experience with imaging, deployments, and automation.
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
Experience with Office 365 and Google Workspace admin.
A proactive, can-do attitude with strong troubleshooting skills.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
